Group Travel and Incentive Groups Travel Information

The Caribbean,  an ideal place for meetings and conferences.  Locations can range from a state of the art conference/meeting room,  cruise ship,  golf course or on the beach. Business travelers can participate in seminars and conferences in a relaxed tropical setting. The Caribbean offers an ideal tourist destination to combine work and play while enjoying a smooth running conference that gives new meaning to the phrase "No Problem Mon".

Whether a large convention, small business meetings, family reunion or an incentive group, try something new,  exotic and exciting, the Caribbean.

Group Land & Air packages are based on room nights at a specific property and the number of seats required on an airplane. Traditionally a free room can be negotiated on a group land package when 10 to 25 rooms are booked (based on double occupancy). Airfare group rates vary from airline to airline and seasonal restrictions.  A minimum night stay may be required by the hotel to qualify and the number of room nights may vary per hotel. Remember that these are guidelines to earn free travel and the requirements may vary depending on the supplier, number of passengers in your party and the number of room nights. For additional information please contact us via phone or e-mail.

note: Conventions held in the Caribbean are tax-deductible for US citizens.

Cruise GroupsCruise Group Information

A traditional seven-night cruise group is comprised of 16 passengers traveling in 8 cabins. However, longer more expensive cruises, may have groups as few as 10 people in 5 cabins. Each time the minimum has been met, one free cruise berth is earned. So if you have a group of 32 people on a seven-night cruise, you will earn two free cruise berths (beds) within the same cabin. Generally airfare and taxes are not included in the free offer. If your group is an "Air and Sea" group, meaning the cruise line has arranged for both, then sometimes the air will be free too! Once you have arranged your group, the members will receive a group discount and sometimes even "ship board credits" to spend on the cruise. A complimentary private cocktail party for the group can be arranged. This is a great "kick-off" for your vacation and is a great time to get to know your party.
