through the internet you may be concerned about who is arranging
your vacation/honeymoon/wedding. These are some of the comments
we have received from our clients.

We have just completed our vacation to Couples Swept Away in
Negril and it was
outstanding. The resort exceeded what we expected. The
service was impeccable
as was the staff. The beach, the entertainment, the restaurants
and the food
were also great. We will write to Swept Away to let them
know how we enjoyed
our vacation.
However, Escape to Eden Vacations also exceed our
expectations. When you
select a travel agent over the internet, it is literally a
gamble. But from the outset, the travel consultants at
Escape to Eden Vacations were very reassuring. Each
consultant we interfaced with was very knowledgeable and
helpful. When we requested changes to our choices, they
were more than helpful and actually helped us make choices.
The confidence we were building was confirmed when we
received our travel documents three weeks before travel, via FED
EX. We would like to thank all of those that helped us and
communicated with us, Adrienne, Alisha and Omar, to make our
vacation enjoyable.
We will not hesitate to use Escape to
Eden again.

P.S. The only problem (and it was a very minor one)in
"no problem, mon" land, was that it was
difficult to
get change for a 20 dollar US bill, at the hotel, the
market, the restaurants. Tell people to take ones and
fives, it will make it easier for them. |

Omar,
Just wanted to thank you for all your help in booking our
vacation to
Negril, Jamaica. The resort, RIU Tropical Bay was very
nice and the staff
was nice as well. The room was clean and the view was
amazing especially
when the sun was setting. Being that it was an
all-inclusive I would have
thought that there would be more entertainment in the evening.
There was
one show that we saw and a bonfire another night other than that
the
entertainment was mostly geared towards the children.
(There were lots of
children there). The food was good. Each night we
would go to the dining
room where the food was served buffet style. There was a
wide variety of
food for breakfast and dinner. Lunch was also buffet but
not that much
variety of food but there was salad and fruit in case you didn't
eat the hot
food. The airline, Air Jamaica was pleasant. The
crew seemed friendly.
All in all my boyfriend and I had a great time and we
thank you again for all your help. I am looking forward to
booking our next
vacation with you.

This is Jessica, you helped me with the trip to Costa Rica, Paradisus
Playa Conchal. I just wanted to thank you for the best vacation.
Everything was well planned and so smooth from airport transfers and
hotel transfers, to the service at the hotel. Everything was
wonderful. I cant say one negative thing about it except for that
it was only 5 days! I also wanted to tell you that if I was to
ever plan another trip, hopefully your service will be available.
