And while awards are nice, it's the day to day adherence to rigid standards that gives the Grand Lido resorts our consistent taste of excellence. Chefs trained and imported from the finest kitchens of Europe. French, Italian, Caribbean, Japanese, American and Continental cuisine. Fresh pasta. Fine wines. Desserts that are barely legal. ACCOMMODATIONS

7 penthouses, 126 suites and 8 verandah rooms nestled in lush tropical vegetation and over-looking the clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. All suites are air-conditioned and are equipped with televisions, AM/FM radios, direct dial telephones, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, in-room safes, private terraces, refrigerators stocked with sodas, beer, water and juice, coffee and tea service. All suites also include 24 hour room service and laundry and dry cleaning service. .

	One Bedroom Suite Oceanview (38 rooms): All rooms have large bedrooms with separate living rooms, king beds or 2 twin beds and most have balconies as per guide.
	One Bedroom Suite with Jacuzzi Tub Oceanview (58 suites): All have separate sitting area detached from the bedroom, with Jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom. Most have king-size bed, while few have twin beds. All suites in this category have a balcony or patio.
	Penthouse Suite Oceanview (7 suites): Separate living room and bedrooms with king or 2 twin beds. Large balconies. Five of the seven suites have a Jacuzzi

After having a body scrub, body massage, facial or reflexology from our certified therapists, you can dive in the one and only therapeutic mineral pool or soak in the mineral water Jacuzzi or our natural mineral water grotto. Live nightly entertainment showcasing Jamaica's finest cabaret artists, musicians and cultural shows; slot machines, Karaoke; weekly, themed gala parties including the Caribbean Carnival barbecue (a torch-lit beach fiesta) and the Grand Gala Buffet (a veritable twinkling fairyland on the lawns, beachside); midnight bonfires beachside. On Fridays, a Grand Gala takes place on the lawns at 7:30pm and on Tuesday evenings, guests can enjoy our Caribbean Carnival barbecue on our private, torch lit beach.

The Beach Bar is open from 10:00 am to 2:00 am and the Balloon Bar is open from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Relax in the Balloon Bar and enjoy our musician at play while sipping a cocktail. Fresh fruit juices and selection of exciting drinks are available at the Charlie's Spa Bar from 10:00 am to 6:00 p.m. daily.
